SGD Insights, where SGD is an abbreviation of Samsol, Gerald and Desmond, is the brainchild of the trio, who all share the same view of providing bespoke service to real estate buyers, sellers and investors. They understand that real estate is the single highest priced asset that most of us will encounter in our life, hence, a great deal of care and planning needs to be accorded to clients.
They strongly believe that analysis, data, research and financials are key factors in determining real estate decisions. With this belief and their combined prowess, the trio developed The Propel Method, which is SGD Insights unique signature strategy to assist clients from all walks of life. This method helps clients propel their real estate decisions, purchases and investments to greater heights.

In addition, when the property listing is strategically drafted, which will increase the opportunity for the property to appear in a buyer's filters and shortlists. Hence, through tapping on the property portals and their respective tools, we achieve maximum exposure for the listing.

We have developed a Signature Approach, The Propel Method to help buyers purchase a home that meets their needs, while providing high capital appreciation opportunities. The signature approach utilises a combination of 3 factors to determine a purchase.
Data and Research of properties are analysed extensively to shortlist possible properties. There are multiple sources of data from PropNex, SLA, URA and third party applications, that are used to perform the analysis.
Clients' financial evaluation is an integral part of the signature approach. As everyone has different financial needs and situations, due diligence needs to be exercised in determining the financials of every client.
